Disk space management is crucial for smooth hosting performance. If your webmail is using excessive disk space, follow these steps to manage and clear it efficiently using Roundcube. Alternatively, contact us to upgrade your hosting plan, which will provide additional disk space.
Notifications
When we notice a disk space issue, we personally review your hosting account to identify any potential clean-up opportunities within your Control Panel before reaching out to you.
However, in most cases, emails are the primary cause of disk space usage. Since your emails are your data, we cannot delete them on your behalf.
Once our review is complete, we will send you a personalised email highlighting the problem area and providing further guidance.

To Empty the Trash, click on your Delete Items Folder. Click on the three dots next to the email address and select Empty.
When prompted with a confirmation message, click Delete to proceed.
