Monthly IT Support is designed for ongoing desktop maintenance, troubleshooting, and small-scale issues. Reports on support hours and activities are available on request.

Ad Hoc IT Support
Ad hoc desktop support is charged at R500 for the first hour regardless of time used. Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
This option is suitable for businesses that need occasional or unpredictable desktop assistance. Reports on hours worked and tasks performed are available on request.
Monthly IT Support is generally more cost-effective for businesses with recurring desktop needs.
